James Lee brings over 40 years of experience in recreational water. Starting his career in 1986, he quickly rose to manage a municipal facility by the age of 23. Throughout the 1990s, he expanded his expertise with a strong focus on commercial pools and advanced water treatment systems.
In 1999, James specialised fully in water treatment and worked alongside leading global manufacturers. His extensive research into chlorine dioxide and biofilm treatment led to the development of Hydro Dioxide after 15 years of innovation, providing a safe and highly effective solution for pools, spas, and hot tubs.
Steve Martin, Co-founder, also brings over 40 years of industry experience and serves as Managing Director of Paramount Pools Ltd, established in 1979. He specialises in supplying premium pool equipment including safety covers, heat pumps, and stainless steel systems.

With over 20 years of international experience, Dr. Xavier Darok is a recognised scientific leader in advanced water chemistry, treatment equipment, and cloud-connected pool management systems. Combining a strong academic background with strategic industry expertise, he is dedicated to developing eco-responsible and safe water treatment technologies.
As a former Technical Director and Product Manager for leading European companies including CF Group and SCP Europe, a PoolCorp subsidiary, Dr. Darok has led product development and technical support operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. His expertise continues to influence innovation and global industry standards.
