James Lee brings over 40 years of experience in recreational water. Starting his career in 1986, he quickly rose to manage a municipal facility by the age of 23. His expertise expanded through the 1990s with a focus on commercial pools and water treatment systems.
In 1999, he specialised fully in water treatment, working with global manufacturers. His work in chlorine dioxide and biofilm treatment led to the development of Hydro Dioxide after 15 years of research, offering a safe and effective solution for pools, spas, and hot tubs.
Steve Martin, Co-founder, also brings over 40 years of experience and serves as Managing Director of Paramount Pools Ltd (est. 1979). He specialises in supplying high-quality pool equipment including safety covers, heat pumps, and stainless steel systems.
With a strong dealer network across the UK, Channel Islands, and Europe, Steve ensures reliable service and expert support. Operating from Hampshire, GreenTech benefits from efficient logistics and excellent customer service capabilities.
