Dr. Darok brings over 19 years of extensive experience in product management and water treatment to the company. With a Ph.D. in chemistry and a rich background in the industry, his arrival significantly strengthens the formidable pool and water treatment expertise already present at GreenTech International. He joins forces with industry veterans James Lee, a recognized authority in recreational water systems and biofilm management, and Steve Martin, a senior specialist in chilled/heating water treatment and Legionella control. The combined technical synergy of Darok, Lee, and Martin positions GreenTech International at the absolute forefront of commercial and recreational water safety.
In his new role as Chief Product Officer, Dr. Darok will execute the core missions of product leadership: defining product strategy, overseeing the product lifecycle from conception to launch, analyzing market trends, and delivering innovative solutions tailored to customer needs. Additionally, as Head of European Sales Development, he will spearhead the commercial expansion of GreenTech's cutting-edge Hydro Dioxide technologies across European markets.
Crucially, Dr. Darok's mission extends beyond internal strategy to active industry advocacy. He will continue his prominent work in European standardization commissions, acting as a liaison and expert for AFNOR across key technical committees such as TC 164 (Water supply) and TC 402 (Domestic pools and spas). He will also serve as GreenTech International's primary representative within major European pool industry institutions, leveraging his current influential position as the President of the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Commission for the French Federation of Pool Professionals (FPP).
